Good at what it does (taking straight pictures)

Before I bought this, because of the apps name, I expected it to reduce motion blur and steady pictures. That is what a gyro cam traditionally does.

This app does not.

What it does do, and does well, is make sure that your still pictures are aligned *straight*. Not tilted.

With the recent updates, theyve been adding more and more of the "stock" camera apps features, which is good (e.g. gps info).

What they still need to add is:
HDR support,
Immediate viewing of the picture just taken,
Movie mode (whether gyro aligned or not).

Only then will it become a permanent replacement for Apples built-in Camera app.

That should be their goal.
